I beg to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of yes-
terday's date, No. 13472/1913, enclosing a communication ad-
dressed to the attendants in charge of Frank Raynor, a lunatic
coming to this country on board the Company's steamer "India",
and to say in reply that this letter has been forwarded to the
Company's Agents at plymouth, to be delivered on the arrival
of the ship at that port.
